How Can Forearm And Leg Bites With Eyes Itching Be Treated?

I have bites on my elbows forearms, and a few on my legs. The ones on my elbows (primarily my right elbow) look similar to a rash or welts. The ones on my forearms are very small, and the ones on my legs are barely noticeable to the eye but I can feel them if I run my hands over them. What could this possibly be? I have been under a lot of stress lately and recently my eyes will occasionally get itchy and watery, and my nose will start to run. I'm not sure if the two are connected. I'm a 15 year old girl. Thank you for your help! There are pictures below. I have checked for bed bugs and haven't found anything and I have pets, but we had flea problems a few summers ago and I had problems, so I know they aren't the same bites.

Greetings.
It seems that you are being suffering from Insect bite allergy.
Don't worry and be relaxed. Just follow these instruction.

1. Clean the area with water and dry it.
2. Apply anti-allergic lotion after consulting your doctor all over the area of rashes and leave it dry for 5 days.
3 . For itchy watery eyes, apply lubricant eye drops along with an antibiotic drops if necessary after consulting your doctor.
4. Take also an oral anti-allergic table after doctor consultation.
