How Can Hiatal Hernia Be Treated?
hi I hv the hiths hernia problem since 6 years not so severe,but my problem is whenever i used compressed thing like sofa foam type,spring loaded chairs,including car seat,or if i siting more my abdominal push upward and I looks fatty,my question is whether i can use any belt to prevent this.
