How Can I Reduce 3 Months Frequent Motion?

Hi ,,, my three months old baby is having frequent motions not plenty but in little amount every after2-3 hours,, whenever she takes feed , she passes a motion and she is on breast feed,, please tell me something that can help her in the reduction of motions,

Hello. thank you for your question. What you are describing is very common in babies and is actually normal. A normal baby can have one bowel movement per day, or have a bowel movement with every feed. As long as she is feeding well, is without fever, and is otherwise well, there is nothing to be concerned about.
