How Can Knee Artery Blockage With Fever Be Treated?

My husband had stent surgery on Tuesday, 9/02 in an artery behind an artificial knee that had been put in ten years ago. The artery was blocked, and some of the blockage was from glue from the knee replacement surgery. He does not feel well, and has a temperature of 101 degrees. Should we be worried?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that your husband is not feeling well after a stent surgery . A stent was put for a artery blockage in the posterior aspect of knee. It may be possible that he have been having some infection as he is not feeling well and running fever. I think you should visit the doctor who performed stent procedure. Antibiotics and analgesic may be of use. You can discuss with your Doctor about it
