Hi....I had pain in left buttock fr many years...I have done all the test including MRI ...but not any disease comes out.....for some times before I was ill,thinking..but slowy slowy getting better day by day..but pain is there little little...kindly suggest me

It can be due to neuropathic causes like sciatica.

You can take analgesics like Gabapentin for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
