How Can Pain In The Chest After An Injury Be Treated?

Two weeks ago I fell off a chair while standing on it. The chair then fell on my chest. There was a little bruising on my right breast which is gone now. Hello,

It may be due to intercostal muscle spasm or possible with fracture ribs. Please get one x-ray chest AP view, avoid heavy weight lifting. Use muscle relaxant to relieve pain. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
