How Can Shin Swelling With Tenderness And Pain Be Treated?

I was running and slid on some water and falled on my shin on my concrete floor..it was very painful i thought i couldnt get up it felt like I really injured my leg... it look swollen and is tender to the touch and when I get on my knees it hur my shin verybad

I studied your case and I think that you need to get x ray of the leg. This will show if there is any fracture present.
If x ray is not showing any fracture, then I would recommend you following.
1.Ice application
2. Compression bandage
3. Tablet Brufen for pain and inflammation
4. Voletran ointment
If there is any hairline fracture, then it will require splinting.
