How Can Swelling And Pain In The Ankles And Knees Be Treated?

my ankle is swolen actually it s my whole foot which swells up like a football, is red and very painful. This foot is deformed and been that way since birth. My elbows, shoulders and knees hurt as bad as my ankle and are swollen also. In emergency room yesterday but they could not help me = no doctors here in my immediate area treats feet. I also have a syrinx at the base of my brain stem which connects the spine. YYYY@YYYY
