My nine year old daughter starting leaking urine. I told her to go to the bathroom and not hold it when she has to go, completely drain herself when she does visit the restroom and let me know if she is constipated. She is following all my advice(Our pediatrician s advice) and still is leaking. What should we do?
Most common cause of urinary incontinence is untreated or undiagnosed or partially treated urinary infection.
Check for the urine culture, complete the therapy accordingly and if later complain remains, opt for discussion of need about the ultrasound with or without diagnostic cystoscopy, uroflowmetry etc. with her doc.
