How Can Weight And Breast Size Be Effectively Reduced?
hi i am 25 year old female from calcutta india i have an excessive large size breast according to my height and body strcture my height is just 5 inches and my body weight is above 55 kgs. but my energy level is very low i just want to improve my physique because my height is short. how can i effectively control my weight and breast size which make me feel less confident than other girls.

breast size is due to fat deposition..firstly I suggest u do not take fatty foods..do exercise n fibre rich diet..regularly..thanku for question
