Hello doctor, my name thomas am an indian. I am working as a automobile technition. I have dought about of myself, i am a addict of masterbating. Coz i think i am started maserbating at 12th of my age, now i am 31aged(still am single not marryed). Almost all days am masterbating. Some days more than one. Now am very worryed about of after marrege life. So please tell me doctor, it will make any problomes in my after marrege life.

masturbation is harmless and completely normal it is just like sex. one can sex everyday so one can masturbate too. it doesn't effect the marital life.
