How Long Does Phentermine Stay In The System?

Hi, I took one 37.5 mg of phentermine this morning before realizing I will have a drug screening for a new job. Today is my first day taking it in over a month. I do have a prescription for weight loss. Is that one pill enough to show up positively on a drug screening? If so how long will it take it to get out of my system?

It usually stays 3 days. Time in saliva tox screens, is about 3 days, depending on your overall health, what other medications that you take.
