How Long Does Dog's Tooth Graze Wound Take To Heal?

Hi I was breaking up a fight between my dog and a neighbors dog about 3 weeks ago. My dogs tooth grazes my hand and punctured my left thumb. The wound has since healed and I can move and use my thumb normally, but it has felt numb ever since. I'm assuming her tooth hit a nerve and causes damage, if so how long does it usually take to heal, as I stated before its been three weeks already.
