How Long Does Maclizine Take To Work?

I have been taking maclizine 3 x a day 25 mg now on day six how does meclizine actually work I was told by my primary doctor and doctor at the hospital you should see results in 3 -7 days my doctor cleaned my hears help but still feel diizzy later in the day have tried vertigo excersises and drink fluids
