How Long Will Injury, That Had Led To Pain In Wrists, Take To Heal?

I fell and landed on my right hand and arm which was fully extended to break my fall. I had it looked at by a doctor who said she did not think anything was broken. That was 3 weeks ago and my hand/wrist still hurts and I have a hard time grabbing anything. Lifting anything slightly heavy is impossible. I was wondering how long this injury wil take to heal and should I be using it as much as I can? Thanks

Hi,
This is a case of WRIST SPRAIN. If taken care of , in the right manner , should be fine in about 3 weeks but if ignored, may give you trouble for a long time.

TREATMENT: Please use a wrist brace to give complete rest to the wrist for about 3 weeks from now.Keep your fingers constantly moving. This will definitely make you feel better in about 3 weeks.
