How Safe Are Budecort Inhaler And Asthalin For A Child?

sir my child is 3 and half years old. he often suffers from acute bronchitis. previously he had been given omnacortil very frequently. now the doctor has suggested me to nebulise him with Asthalin as and when required and to give him budecort inhaler regularly. How safe are Budecort inhaler and Asthalin. how do i differentiate between common cough and cold and Acute Bronchitis

Hi,

As per the latest international guidelines Budesonide and as and when required Salbutamol is the best treatment modality for the condition which you have mentioned which could be multi triggered wheezing.

There will be excessive cough along with wheezing and intercostal retractions when it is wheezing.
