How Safe Is To Take Epimag Effervescent Powder?

Doctor, i had kidney stone in left kidney lower lobe. Twice X three sessions blasted to get rid of it. 1st time 5mm was left and 2nd time after a year same was shown and again blasted into 3 sessions. the doctore had prescribed Intab pharmaceutical s POTRATE-MB. 2 tab 3 times a day mixing with water for 6 months. Six months quota is over i feel no complications no pains. Before i go for check up (next vacation December 14) my friends suggest i take EPIMAG Effervescent Powder. Is it safe to take?

Hi dear. Epimag is a powder which supplies magnesium with not much of side effect but since you have also taken POTRATE-MB which also contains Magnesium, so as personal prospective i dont think you will need to take Epimag powder. However it still a personal prospect which differs from one doctor to another. You can check your body magmesium level, whose function related to your problem is more absorption of water. if your blood magnesium level is within limits then no need to take Epimag. hope this will help.thanks and regars Dr.Sohil
