How Serious Could Swallowing Of Hypertension Tablet By A Toddler Be?

Hello I think my son may have accidently swallowed one of his uncles pills and its 10mg of lisinopril I know that its for high blood pressure I m not noticing any difference in my son but he is 3 years old and I m wondering if Ishould take him to the emergency room or look for any symptoms??

Single dose of lisinopril 10mg should not cause dose related side effects like hypotension giddiness etc. Drug related allergic reactions to watched out. Get serum electrolytes done. Regards.
