sir my name is v s pathy i am 66 i have diabetics type II and blood pressure. Now my fasting blodd sugar is 96 and my past prandial sugar after 2 hour after meal is 190 my bloodpressure level at 10.30 am and 8.30 pm is 75/140 i am taking in the morning 1)amaryl m2 - 1 tablet 2)cilacar t - 1 tablet 3)nitrofix sr30 - 1 tablet golstat sf - 1 tablet afternoon galvus.50 mg- 1 tablet night amaryl m2 carvic 1 capsule past few months my post prandial level is so high sir what could be the reason and kindly suggest remedy and change of tablets to control diabetics other than tablets i am doing regular walking and yogasana

you can start medicines which belong to alfa glucosidase inhibitor (like voglibose) after discussing with your doctor, this is very good for post prandial sugar
