How To Control The Habit Of Masturbation?

I had been masterbatong at least 2 times a day since last 10 year,now I am a married peson &have 3 child , but still I don't have ability to stop it .At prasent I a force member .I got 75 days leave every year,during my leave it doesn't happened but the remaining days I don't have ability to stop it. Please solve my problem.

masterbation is not problm problm is habit of it. if you do sex regulary and even though you masturbate it is problm. and ifyou got satisfaction more with masturbation then sex it also there is something problm with sex. if you cant control the sexual thoughts even though having regular sex then you should go for counselling and medication like anti obssesive...
