Name:Mrs Kamrun Nahar; Sex:Female; Age:42 Name of examination USG of lower Abdomen Findings: Urinary Bladder is well distended with normal wall thickness.No calculus or other lesion is seen. Uterus is *Slightly enlarged in size(89mm*59mm*45mm), Anteverted in position with homogenous parenchymal echotexture.No focal lesion is seen.*Endometrial echoes are irregular.Collection of free fluids ares seen in uterine cavity(11mm) Both adnexal regions are unmarkable. No collection of free fluid is seen in posterior cul-de-sac. please let me know what i will do or what are the attempt to get well soon... with regards Kamrun
The uterus is slightly enlarged and its size is not a concern. There is collection of fluid in the endometrial cavity which must be treated with medications. This collection might be due to infections or inflammation and might be resulting in any gynecological problems you are having. The rest of the scan is normal. The collection of fluid can cause vaginal discharge and pelvic inflammatory disease and requires treatment with medications.
