HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, over all it seems to be the allergic condition (Hypersensitivity reaction ) initially it can be managed with second generation antihistamine like Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, differential diagnosis need to be taken under consideration, like auto-immune disease, systemic causes, it may be steroid responsive, as matter of fact skin lesion demands the clinical examination for correct diagnosis, if antihistamine fails to response then you will have to see the dermatologist, you provided very little information basic clinical information not being give (Age and Gender ) hope this information helps.
