How To Cure Menopausal With Hot Flashes?

I am menopausal and have been dealing with hot flashes for over 5 years now. Over the past 2 years, they have become extremely painful and this happens several times a day/night. I ve talked with other people my age and no one seems to know what I m talking about. What could it be?

hi hot flushes are common but are generally ignored. severe symptoms occur in only few people. you may try evening prim-rose oil capsules 2 per day for 15 days. some people respond very well, and they are very safe. hope this helped.
