Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM

Take Tab.cetirizine hydrochloride once daily at night for 3 days. Wash face twice daily with cetaphil cleanser. Apply clindamycin cream over affected area twice daily.

Drink lemon juice daily . Avoid oily food.

Consult a dermatologist in person as we need clinical picture for confirmatory diagnosis and further management.

Regards.
