How To Cure Rashes Around The Belt Line?
Hello, i have what appears to be a rash right along the beltline in the front. I have tried antifungal treatments, as well as proper fitting clothing to no major improvement. It has been present for approximately 3 months now. It appeared small (1 size) initially, yet it is now about 3 in diameter.

From your description, it seems you have got Tinea corporis, a sort of fungal skin infection.
I would recommend you consult a dermatologist for proper management.
I generally recommend proper course of oral antifungal drug like fluconazole / itraconazole along with local application of sertaconazole or luliconazole cream over affected areas.
Take oral antihistaminics for itching as required.
