How To Cure Stiffness In Palm And Swelling Of Fingers After A Wrist Surgery?

I broke my wrist 2 months ago, had a surgery with pins for 6 weeks and a 2 nd surgery to remove pins. Now almost 2 weeks after cast removal and after 5 physiotherapy sessions which are not over yet. I still have 5 more. I still find my wrist is still stiff and my palm and fingers swollen. And I have periods of pain. I take pain killers almost every 6 hours.Will I get my hand back to normal soon.Thank you
