How To Get Rid Of Blocked Nose With Sore Throat?

I have a scab in my nostril and lots of dry mucus like a cold but no cold, nose keeps bleeding, can this be related to any kind of STD? Prior to this I had a raised rash up my inner forearms a month before for a week and swollen tonsils but no sore throat, never had any allergies or any thing like this before, I'm 48

Hi, I probably feel you have atrophic rhinitis.
Dont pick the nose, it will bleed.
I dont think there are any symptoms suggestive of std.
Skin rash, with enlarged tonsils not suggestive of std.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have recommended, for saline nasal spray 3 to 4 times per day.
Decongestant tablet twice a day with anti oxidant tablet for a month.
If still symptoms c persist, then have to evaluate you for other diseases, may be even std.
