Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
The darkness you have developed over crural folds/between thighs is called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Its a common sequelae after resolution of any skin condition. As for the treatment, i would best advise you to avoid unnecessary treatment for now, as with time its going to fade away. Still if your very apprehensive apply desonide loition mixed with kojic acid over dark areas once a day gently.
