I will suggest doing MRI shoulder. If the shoulder pain is persisting from long and no solution provided. Need to see the soft tissue of the shoulder joint.
Exercise will help to stabilize the shoulder and improve the overall shoulder functions.
Having a word with a physiotherapist who can help with therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy for reducing the inflammation and pain.
