hello, my daughter is 2 and half month having a problem of continuously passing the stools because of stomach gas problem due to which she is suffering from serious rashes

These rashes are basically excoriation due to liquid in stool.try to keep the area dry.do not use diaper for some days.you may apply rashfree or siloderm topically.consult doctor for diarrhoea
