How To Get Rid Of The Yeast Infection On His Butt?

I have a 13 month old with yeast infection on his bottom. we have been to the dr twice and am using
a crème. but it looks like its getting worse.
any suggestions? he doesn't complain about it and we are changing him often, and letting his butt air out.
