Hi,

The reddish rash on both ankle lower leg would be a form of purpura.. ......... progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis.,also called Schamberg's disease. It is a capillaritis. There may be brown macules for in patches and progress to spread towards upper part pf legs. There may not be any symptoms. The condition is benign. However, you consult dermatologist.Vitamin C and K may be taken for long time. Thrombophob oint with mild steroid cream might improve the condition. I feel, you may be improved after few months. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
