How To Get Rid Off Red Itchy Spots All Over Body?

We went on holiday to a caravan a few weeks back and i noticed a few red itchy spots. Since then they have spread all over my legs, feet, arms, bum, tummy and back and my scalp is now itchy to. I have been experiencing headaches, sore eyes and tiredness. I am 25 and workout to keep fit, i am in good health otherwise.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
