How To Get Rid Off Red Warm Areas With Crusty Peeling Skin?

My 9 yr old daughter woke up with 2 round red areas that have become very warm over the last 10 hours and now the 2 round red areas have a raised center with a crusty/peeling skin top. The involved skin is taut and feels like there are formed nodules under the red areas. The red areas are itchy

Hi

Your child seems to have developed some kind of allergic or infective lesions .
Development of such lesiong suddenly point more towards an infective etiology.
I would advise you keep the affected area clean and dry .
You can clean it with a topical antiseptic lotion twice a day followed by application of a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected areas .
In case the lesion tends to persist or increase in size , then you should see a nearby dermatologist soon .
