Good day! I have a 1 year and 4 months old baby..she always suffer from constipation. She drink lots of fluids specially water but still, she cry when she makes her bowel. Her milk now is Gain Plus. What should I do? I'm planning to change her milk ..

I really appreciate your concern as you are thinking but this is not the constipation and just nothing doing, this is very common among the toddler, it is alright even if child does not pass the stool for three to four days, no need to give any medicine just take care for water in take, and fibber containing diet, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
