Hi, thanks for using HCM.

I went through your query understood your concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of ligament tear or stretch or muscle tendon tear. examination by a qualified doctor help to confirm your condition.
Tendon ruptures can usually be diagnosed by clinical assessment. X-rays and ultrasound are used to establish or confirm the diagnosis but MRI gives the most definitive information about the nature and extent of the rupture.

Consult doctor for examination and further management.
Anti inflammatory medication and rest to affected limb help to reduce your symptom.

regards
