How To Loose Belly Fat?

hi i`m 25 years old i hadmy baby 8 months ago by c section since then i have uneven belly fat with more fat on the right of my upper abdominals and more fat on the left of my c section scar, can it be the doctor`s fault ? can it go by exercise ? i`m 59 kilos & i`m 156 cm..i`ll appreciate an immediate answer, thnx.

short answer: to loose your abdominal fat there are many exercises. you can consult a physiotherapist he can explain the exercises in detail
detailed answer
these are some exercises you can do. you must have started these thing a litte early
1.pelvic floor exercises raising the pevis only. from sleeping position
2. exersices for contracting the abdominal muscles. laying in the bed raising your head, laying in the bed raising your legs.
3 trying to touch your knee by your head in sitting position with keeping straight legs in the floor.
4 breathing exercises by involving your abdominal muscles. (many forced expirations)
5 having a ring in your belly and rotating it by rotatory movement of your hips
