Hi, I am 32 years old, high 158, weight 61 KG, i am exercising around 2 to 3 times per week, depends on my work schedule, currently i joined Aerobic classes.
This is first time i reach this weigh, previously i was 58KG only, the extra weight gained for around one year.
My aim is to get my weight back, and to have flat stomach, can you advise me.
One more thing, I almost eat rise every day, and i am a fan of Chicken, and I work on office base, that’s mean 8 hours seating on the chaire.
