Weight and Exercise. I'm 17years old and aiming to lose 1stone 9pounds over the next 5months. Being a busy person I hardly have time to exercise however a walk for a total of 5hours a week. When losing weight I don't want to build too much muscle any tips or advice? Thank you :)
