Your semen Parameters are with in fertile range, Please focus about your wife side treatment, If both you and your wife are normal, consider your trying time, if your trying time for child is more than 1 year, meet a Reproductive specialist, if your wife age is less than 30 years, your trying time is less than 12 months try naturally, for up to 12 months. Avoid all kind of artificial lubrication for sexual intercourse.
