How To Recover From Tiredness ?

My daughter was out in the sun for a long time yesterday , we went on a hike . She got carried a lot. When we left she was very tired , she went to bed when we got home . I gave her fresh carrot and apple juice when she woke up. She still seemed very tired and a little later she threw up. I was thinking it was from the long hot day before.is that normal?

Hi...I think the hot sun exposure should have caused this. i suggest you give her good amount of water. The more water she takes and the more amount of urine she passes, the sooner she will be better.
