How To Reduce Belly Fat?

hi,iam 37 yr old female ,172cm s in height and my present weight is 73 kgs.I have put on around 5 kgs in the last 2 years and most of the fat are around my tummy,ilook 9 months pregnant.How do i get rid of tummy fat quickly...am feeling very depressed because of this.

According to your age , height 73 kgs is perfect weight but if you are otherwise healthy then may consider to loose 5 kgs.
These measures may be useful for you , these include:
1 Avoid fried , oily , greasy foods , don't take pizza, burger chocolates . Avoid drinks with caffeine in them , sweets , sugar based and dairy product ( but if then in limit).
2 A 50-60 minutes physical activity like morning or evening walking ( rapid ,if possible )or a visit ti gym or swimming pool .
3 Take orlistat 120 mg twice in day for 6 months ( minimum ).
4 Liposuction ( shedding of fat from tummy ) , this is surgical removal of fat .
If possible and if you can do no 1 & 2 are most appropriate and the best .
No. 3 & no 4 I mentioned but don't like at all.
Lemon juice with warm water may be useful for you on empty stomach.
