How To Reduce The Sugar Level Of An Infant?

hi doc, my baby girl is 2 years and 3 months old. from last month onwards we noticed excessive and sticky urination then got it check and found that she has blood sugar. we are getting it treated through prominent doctors but still her blood glucose is not coming down after taking insulin through injection when checking in fasting. we are giving her juice of Azadirachta indica yet she has 350-500 level. Please suggest what to do.

It appears to be congenital diabetes .
Needs to manage more efficiently the insulin treatment by your endocrinologist.
