I had a colon re-sectioning nearly 2 years ago. Since that time, severe constipation, weight gain, and loss of energy to exercise. I take a fiber supplement each night and drink 6 bottles of water during the day which has finally enabled me to have some daily bowel movement. However, I am not able to take off this extra 20+ pounds and my stomach still seems enlarged. Daily eating consists of yogurt, chicken/tuna, limited cheese, salads, fruits, and vegetables. I eat about 6 slices of bread weekly if I fix chicken/turkey sandwich. Any thoughts on what I can do to reduce the stomach size as well as increase my energy?
