I am suffering from IBS and when ever I supplement a sachet of bifilac i feel relaxed and my diarrhoea wil lbe in control and kindly educate me on the side effects of Bifilac. I am 50 year old lady 5ft tall and 50 kgs Ten yerars back I had severe diaarhoea and when ever i got stress IBS will reappear

Bifilac is probiotic which is helpful in IBS.
You can also take Rifaximin 550mg 1+1+1 for 14 days as new studies have shown proven benefit in diarrhea predominant IBS symptoms.
