How To Treat A Bruised Arm (following A Fall) That Becomes Stiff, Is Sensitive To Cold And Also Has A Cyst?

I fell a year ago and sprained my left ankle really bad. In the mix of that when I fell, I fell trying to brace myself and apparently I hurt my arm but didn't realize it until a couple of months, I was busy pampering my foot, I didn't focus on the pain in the left arm... anyway the pain is horrible at times, there are times when my are gets really stiff sometimes in the shape of a boomerang, other time it feel like I have a large wide band and it wont bend completely. It also very sensitive to cold air where I have to cover it up to keep it warm I was told by the dr. I was seeing, that there is a cyst in my arm and if it didn't hurt, not to bother it, well now my whole arm hurts, also sometime my finger tingle or get stiff. What's going on?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a cyst developed in the arm due to the injury , or previous cyst disturbed due to the injury.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.You may need to have a M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pain is there.
