My son got hit yesterday with a puck on his upper cheekbone, just under his temple. No helmet :(. Emt saw him and didn t look like he had a concussion. Just swelling and bruising. My son had a headache last night and again today, which seems normal with the injury to his head. Been giving him ibuprofen and school nurse just gave him Tylenol. The injury spot is obviously very tender and hurts. Is there anything else we should be doing for him or watching for?
