How To Treat A Rebound Pain Caused Due To Playing?

I had a basketball game and as soon as I got in I went up for a rebound. It hurt at first but I played through it and the pain went away. After my basketball game I went to a 2 hour lacrosse practice. Once again no pain. When I got home I layed down for a little bit, and went and took a bath with some espom salts. I got out and the pain was unbearable. It still hurts right now, I have iced it and wrapped it but it still hurts. I can move it, what should I do.
