How To Treat Ankle Swelling,breath Shortness And Dizziness?

Hi, my blood work shows low platelets for 4yrs running, high uric acid, low egfr. Hb is normal, WBC s are all normal, and LFT was fine. Symptoms are swelling in the ankles, mild shortness of breath, occasional dizziness, fatigue, but very little bruising.

Hi your problem is ankle swelling along with shortness of breath , Occasional dizziness and fatigue.All these problems along with investigations point towards a kidney pathology. You should not try to treat yourself but should consult a nephrologist- A Kidney Specialist.
