hello, am sucheta 23 years old i have chronic anal fissure problem from last 2 years am using ointment sugessted by dr. but when i use this ointment for few days i get relief after that again it get started. now dr. suggested me for surgery..pls suggest me what sould i do. after surgery i wll get relief for life time..

if the medical management fails then you should go for surgery.
its a minor procedure which will be easy.
